Archery Parties with Artemis Archery

---

Soft archery utilizes small bows and arrows with suckers, making it an ideal choice for any setting, whether indoors or outdoors. For instance, if you've reserved a village hall for your child’s party, a session with Artemis Archery can be safely integrated alongside balloons, jelly, and other party games, creating a memorable experience for all.

A children's soft archery party with Artemis Archery will provide instruction on how to shoot for the birthday boy or girl and their guests. Additionally, you can select from various options for extra activities.

Archery Story Quest - perfect for younger children

After basic instruction and practice shooting, the children will engage in a story. As the coach narrates, they will participate in archery challenges; for example, can they hit a specific colour on the target? These stories can be customised for different ages and party themes, ensuring everyone is entertained.

Archery Games - adaptable for all ages

Enjoy fun and teamwork with our exciting archery games such as Archery Snakes & Ladders, Archery Twister, and Archery Jenga. Each session begins with basic instruction and practice shooting before diving into your choice of games, which can be played individually or in teams. This party can be done with soft archery equipment at your venue of choice but could also be run with 'pointy' equipment if an appropriate venue can be sourced. Get in touch to discuss options.

Archery Experience - suitable for all ages

An Archery Experience session is a fantastic way to introduce archery as part of a larger party celebration. Unlike structured parties, this option allows for flexibility with no limit on the number of participants, accommodating children as they come and go to try their hand at archery. All equipment is provided, and children will be closely supervised to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Perfect for older children and adults, Artemis “Pointy” Archery Parties are delivered using standard beginner archery equipment — wooden recurve bows and arrows with points. Because standard archery requires a more controlled environment than soft archery, the choice of venue needs a little more consideration. Artemis can recommend two indoor venues that are already set up for archery; these would need to be booked separately. Summer parties can be held at the Deben Archery Club outdoor range, which Artemis uses regularly and can arrange on your behalf.

Archery Have-a-Go Party

Suitable for all ages 7+, this is a great choice if you are looking for a couple of hours of straightforward archery instruction. This party would work equally well for a group of children at a birthday party or a mixed-age family or social group celebration.

Archery Games ('Pointy' Version)

This party is very similar to the soft archery Archery Games option but uses standard archery equipment and therefore has a greater variety of possible games. Compete against your family and friends at Archery Jenga, Archery Snakes & Ladders or (for the younger/more flexible archers) Archery Twister.

Archery Tournament & Head-to-Head Challenge

The Artemis Tournament & Head-to-Head Challenge is the ultimate archery experience for older juniors (11+) and adults. Following basic instruction and practice time, all archers will participate in a 'ranking round' where each arrow shot is scored. The rankings will then determine the initial pairings for the Head-to-Head shoot off. The winner from each shoot-off match will compete against each other until only one archer remains.

This party works best with 16 participants but can be adapted slightly if needed.
